Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made one week in advance or more: Guests will be given a 100% refund.
Cancellations made less than one week before the reservation: Guests will be given a 50% refund.
Cancellations on same day of the check-in: Guests will not receive a refund. Unfortunately, this would be too late for us to book the property to anyone else. Thanks for your understanding.

House Rules

Absolutely no smoking in the house.
Sorry, no pets allowed in the house.
If you need any special accommodations please let us know.

Damage Deposit

The damage deposit is fully refundable at the end of your stay pending no damage to the property is found. We add this just as a safety measure to ensure that any damages, breakages or lost items are taken care of. If the no pet or no smoking policies are violated, the security deposit will go towards any extra cleaning / maintenance needed. All deposits will be refunded by the same payment method used to book the reservation within 14 days of Guest's Check-out Date. If any amounts are subtracted from Guest's deposit refund, a complete invoice will be provided to Guest along with any partial deposit refund.
